random scrappiness

Not much scrapping happening here lately - I counted THREE LOs for November (plus the DYL pieces) The one above was for the "wipeout" game at uproar2scrapmore.... Amanda is on the DT over there, so I pop in to play whenever I remember... "wipeout" is about creating a LO with certain requirements in TWENTY FOUR HOURS! The requirements for this were "purple cradstock base, green, brown, chipboard, buttons"... I was inspired by a sketch from the November pagemaps, and love how it turned out! {someone with little hands has been playing with the tension on my sewing machine, so the stitching is pretty cr@ppy}

This was for the sketch challenge last month at scraptherapy's cybercrop... the requirement was "hats"... and we'd just attempted a Christmas photo shoot with the kids, so this was the perfect challenge! {I'm remembering to ink everything before I stick it down - it makes such a difference!}

And this one was another scraptherapy challenge - "keep it simple"... I was inspired by a sketch from Amy Alvis... the journalling reads "does it count as your first hair cut if I only cut your fringe?" {still haven't looked up the date... have stuck a lock of hair under the date tag, though}

{enjoy}
