words on wednesday

I have so many thoughts going around my mind at the moment.

I got an iPod Touch for my birthday recently, and using it has made me realise how much music HASN'T been part of my life in recent years. I seem to always have the tv on as background noise, so I'm trying to change this (even if it is the tv tuned to a music channel... baby steps, people)

I'm loving listening to podcasts, though. Paperclipping Roundtable is awesome. And did you kow that Stacy Julian has some podcasts on her blog? I haven't listened to the LOM ones, but the others have been listened to several times (for some reason they're on my iPod under albums, so iTunes doesn't remove them when finished, so I've listened to them over and over again) And today I discovered that there's a Creating Keepsakes podcast (only one, so far!), so it's added to my list of "must listen to"

I'm slowly adding music to my iPod Touch, and one day I'll figure out how to create playlists, so they're not all under the "purchased" heading. What songs are you loving right now?

  1. I don't listen to as much music as I'd like either ... currently it's the Wiggles that gets played the most, oh and Justine Clarke .... how sad is that? ;-)

  2. Glad to hear that you are reconnecting with some of your favorite tunes! It's always fun to pull them out when it's been a while. Seems like the only time I really listen to music is when I'm crafting ~ I keep my iPod and dock in my craft room. I tend to listen to classic rock and some of the newer stuff that my daughter turns me on to.

  3. I have an iPhone and I have added quite a bit of music to it. It also takes great pictures.
