When I skip breakfast/lunch I spend the whole morning/afternoon grazing and consume far more.

DH is happy to eat healthily as long as there is plenty of it. I load his plate with 2, 3, 4 types of veg - and he still grabs a packet of crisps 10 minutes later (bad, bad habit).

The added advantage of loads of veg is the high fibre content - never been so regular :PJimjamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10250679921843610035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3098216570036485569.post-82411853941260618972011-05-04T17:18:46.229+10:002011-05-04T17:18:46.229+10:00Hun, I can totally relate to what you are saying. ...Hun, I can totally relate to what you are saying. It's creeping back on and I don't like it.

I'll keep up with you if you like.

Jo.
xxJohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16371818691877770164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3098216570036485569.post-65762100341605546542011-05-04T09:14:01.094+10:002011-05-04T09:14:01.094+10:00Oh, Cate! Third, I'm fortunate that Robbie does support my healthy lifestyle changes - although we are both struggling to get on a consistent healthy eating & exercise routine. Hang in there!Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04650193963974000786noreply@blogger.com
