{white chocolate & gingerbread slice}
100g unsalted butter
3/4 cup golden syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar
2tsp ground ginger
1tsp ground cinnamon
[combine in a saucepan, melt together on low heat
remove from heat, cool slightly]
2 eggs, lightly beaten
(I cook like Mel, though)
1/3 cup milk
[add eggs and milk to butter mixture, combine well]
2 cups plain flour
180g white chocolate, chopped
[add liquid mix to flour/choc mix, combine well.
pour into lined lamington pan
bake 180degrees c 30-35min]

ReplyDeleteYankee measurements is just under a stick of butter and around 3/4 cup (6.35 ounces) of white chocolate.
