this is me

I've always believed in accountability, and I regularly share on my blog things I'm going to do... and then that's as far as it goes. Well, not this year. This year is about me making me accountable, and the only way to make this one stick is to put it out there. (check out this article from Mandi Erhman of Life... Your Way on Simple Mom for more on accountability)

This is me. In a change room mirror.
All 83kgs of me.
(183lb/13st1lb)

My measurements are 43/43/43 (109.5cm)
I have a double chin.
I look pregnant.

I want to change the way I look at food, and exercise, and be here in thirty years time to share another Christmas with my children, and their children, and their children's children.

  6. Hi Cate, Happy New Year! I just came upon your blog by random. You can do it if you really want to. Like your thirst for water when you are thirsty. What works for me is to keep my hands busy so I can't use them to put food in my mouth. I wish you all the success with this and just remember, it is more important what beauty you have on the inside and what beautiful things you create in this life! Hugs, Annie

  9. Golly - that is brave - I did a layout last June when I was determined to get a stone or two shifted ... it went on rather than off! Then I started again on February 1st and again I gained :o(
I have finally started shifting it off again by NOT snacking ... and am back at February 1st's weight on April 3rd! Now to avoid all Easter Eggs!
