another recipe to share....

Here's a nice, simple, cheap recipe....

Tuna Pasta Bake

You need....
1 cup macaroni, cooked
2 stalks celery, finely diced
1 onion, finely diced
6-8 mushrooms, sliced
50g butter
1Tbs plain flour
2tsp curry powder
180g tuna, drained
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
grated cheese

You do this....
combine macaroni with one egg. Pour into lined cake tin, press down to create a base.

melt butter in pot. add onion and celery, cook on medium heat until soft. add mushrooms and cook two minutes.

add flour and curry powder, cook 1 minute

add milk, stir until thick

add mayo, sour cream and tuna. cook 2 minutes

take off heat, add remaining egg, pour over macaroni base

top with grated cheese. Bake 20min in moderate oven. Serve with fresh bread and salad.

Great as leftovers the next day! YUMMO!
