Seems that my post was a little bit too cryptic! It also goes to show that there are a world of differences between England, America and Australia - but I do love learning about them through my blog friends!
Ok, so, remembering that kids are cruel. And realising that we are talking the early 1980s, before bright-coloured zinc creams became popular and most zinc creams were white (as is sudocream, and any other zinc creams formulated to ease baby's bottom) or brown.
My nickname was nappy rash.
