100 days to Christmas | soft ginger cookies

This recipe was floating around pinterest, and being lovers of ginger, I had to give it a try!


I have to say, there wasn't quite the zing I was expecting from the ginger, but the taste of the molasses (or treacle, which is what I used - they can both be substituted for the other) came through quite strongly. I might try playing around with this recipe, see if I can make it sing again.
