{I'll be sitting in a plane when you read this. And I'll share my adventures when I get home.}
I was chatting to Lisa and Rachel recently about why we blog. It was interesting to hear their stories and tell my story. But I got to wondering, is that really why?
And then I stumbled on Sian's post from last week about why we blog.
And I am reminded that this is my space.
And I do have friends, even ones I have never hugged.
And that in times of complete sadness, we pull together.
That's why I blog.
Why do you blog?
I love this--thank you for being so authentic.
ReplyDeleteI think I blog because I want to share with friends, but I also want a place where I can just be me and not have to worry about anything.
I never thought about a blog as an online scrapbook, but I see the value in that, and I think I want to look into that more on my side.
Thanks for sharing, and thanks for posting!
I blog because it has become a compulsion. I blog because I am more myself online than I am in the real world. I blog because I get a kick out of hearing that some people enjoy my sense of humor. I blog because it is far more entertaining than doing the housework.
ReplyDeleteIt's always interesting to hear people's answer to this question. I'm inspired to answer it.
