 I loved this book from the second I started reading it. Telling the story of the stuff of our lives really epitomises what scrapbooking is for me, stories of the pieces that make up the whole.

At 56 pages, it's a quick and easy read. The book is broken up into five sections, plus an introduction and conclusion. Sections include In Real Life, Photographing your Objects and Journaling your Memories. Each section is hyperlinked from the contents page, making it easy to move between chapters, or quickly go and read something you remembered at a later point.

As Amy says in the introduction

Every souvenir you bring home from vacation, every childhood toy you choose to keep, every cup that is 'yours' every morning - each one of those objects has a story. It is part of your story.

There is great information about the sorts of objects that have meaning, how to find the memory related to the object, how to photograph the object, and how to share those memories.

I've read this book so many times since I first downloaded it, I think it's a must for all memory-keepers, scrapbookers, bloggers.
