hello, last week of school. Douglas is finishing primary school, Natalie is finishing year 2, Chloe is finishing grade 11, Riley is staring down the barrel of prep in the new year.
hello, newsletter writing. I try to get the newsletter written at least a day in advance. This month I've still got a freebie to design. I see some late nights ahead of me this week. {sign up here}
hello, 2015 planning. I need to really clarify what my goals for 2015 are, and figure out how to make them happen.
hello, messy pipe repair. Sometimes, being a grown up is tough. It's even tougher when something breaks, and you don't have the money to repair it. Chances are, this problem is a quick fix that doesn't cost much, but our luck hasn't run that way lately, so we're not sure what to do next.
hello, broken collect app. I've hardly talked about my project life this year. I've been putting photos and journalling into the app most of the year, and the last couple of weeks I was going back and filling gaps. Now the app is broken, and I can't access anything.
hello, scrapbooking. I had an Epson PictureMate on my birthday wishlist this year. I thought it wasn't going to happen at all, but with the help of my mum, we've made it happen as an early Christmas present. {thanks mum} I'm more excited about getting stuck back into my scrapbooking than I have been for a year or more!
hello, clean carpets. We've all spent the weekend sorting and storing boxes, throwing out rubbish, yelling at each other, moving furniture around, and finally cleaning the carpets before setting up our tree.
hello, Christmas tree. We never really feel ready for Christmas until the kids finish school, but having the tree up puts us one step closer to school finishing and Christmas being almost here.
What are you saying hello to this Monday morning?
We have a week and a half left..I need every moment of these to finish off the Christmas shopping!!
ReplyDeleteHello to getting handmade gifts finished this week now that I've made the start and finishing my psych work for the year. And catching up on project life before Christmas. I wonder if I can manage to have the year update back to August before the new year rolls in. Fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteI'm saying Hello to a little slower week after an activity-filled week to begin the month! I'm also pondering my plans & goals for 2015.
