I've been choosing a word to guide my year since I first discovered Ali Edwards' blog the week after Christmas 2007.

 

Most of the early years with a word guide weren't terribly successful.

I've really enjoyed translating ideas from pinterest into tangible objects this past week. But I'm going to have to come up with a system for keeping track of the things I do and the pins I used, because my memory isn't as good as I think it is.

Most of my focus for the last week has been getting ready for Natalie's birthday party yesterday.
