inspiring and encouraging mums of big kids (because little kids grow up) to create family adventure every day

Hello Monday

hello, Christmas. 18 sleeps. There's no hiding from it now, it's almost here. For all my great plans and ideas, I haven't made my Christmas cards, or started my shopping, so I'm panicking right along side you.

hello, last week of school. It's been a long term for the kids (even though it's only been 10 weeks like all the others), so we're looking forward to some down time.

hello, new blog. Toni and I are launching a new blog. It might be hugely presumptuous to think that we know anything at all about our topic, or have anything new to add to the noise, but we think we do, so we're taking the plunge. Now you'll have to wait until February to see exactly what we're up to in detail.

hello, 2016 word. BRAVE isn't finished with me yet, but my next word has been peeping out from the shadows for a couple of months now. I'm hoping that it will be as good for me as BRAVE has been.

hello, Monday, a new start every week.

  1. Oh god its only 18 days! I still need to decide what food we're going to have and wrap all the presents. I've finished present shopping though so that's good.

  10. Can't wait to see what you and Toni have been scheming. It's great you two are working together. It's going to be awesome being able to sleep in a bit next week, without the morning routine. I am getting into the Christmas spirit but in no way organised!
