It's not raining! We're going camping!

It's been raining in Brisbane for the last week. It's also been the first week of school holidays. School holidays means children home. And it's raining outside.

I went to the bakery this morning, and the lady behind the counter asked how I was coping with the kids home, unable to do anything. I just laughed. Then she asked how we would utilise the dry, sunshiny weather. "we're heading off on a camping trip in an hour"

She looked at me as if I was stark raving mad!
