hello meals outside eating earlier, before Steve heads to work, means that the sun is still up. And now that spring is here for a few days before the summer sun hits, it's warm enough to eat outside more often (although the mosquitoes have started early this year) Everyone is loving the chance to do something different (we're a bit slack about meals around the table), and dinner conversation tells a story all of it's own!
hello Spring we know spring is here, because I haven't stopped sneezing for about a week now. And no amount of tree-trimming, or closing windows helps (in fact, sometimes being inside makes it worse!)
hello new routine I seriously don't know of any business that messes with employee's rosters the way Steve's employer does. He's moving back to day shift this week, and we'll just hang in for the ride and see if they can keep the doors open now they're in administration.
hello writing I came to the conclusion over the weekend that I have been making half-hearted attempts to write recently. I mean, I managed to leave the house for 3 consecutive days last weekend and craft all weekend, after spending a day baking to take homemade goodies with me. But I haven't managed to write a post here for two weeks. Something has to change, and I've realised I'm the only one who can do it.

Hoe lovely to be eating outside! We're sliding into autumn here and have had precious few opportunities during our 'summer', alas. Hoping all goes,well for Steve and his job.
