I only discovered the awesomeness that is baked ham a couple of years ago. We usually make a bourbon brown sugar glaze, but with so many great ideas in the magazines, we decide to have ham for tea one night, and try something new.
Ingredients
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 jar jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup lime juice (I used 2 limes)
1Tbs dijon mustard
Method
* combine ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
* bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or reduced by half
* brush over prepared ham, and bake 180ÂșC for 1hr40min
Notes
I didn't reduce my glaze enough (it started to burn), and my BBQ heat dropped too quickly, so it didn't heat the ham all the way through
